How to Place an Order

1: Review Shopping Cart

 

After you finish shopping, please review all the items in your shopping cart to ensure you have selected the correct size, color, and quantity. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking at the top of every page of our website.

 

2: Proceed to Checkout

 

When you are ready to place your order, click the green “Continue Checkout” button located in your shopping cart. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. If you need assistance editing your shopping cart, please view our Adding or Modifying Items in Your Shopping Cart page.

 

3: Account Login

 

Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password used when the account was created. For password assistance, you may click Forgot your password ? And we will email you a link to reset your password. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, please contact Customer Care to update your account or simply create a new account.

 

New Customers: New customers will need to create an account. If you are a new customer and have trouble logging in, try logging in as a returning customer. You may be subscribed to our newsletter and already have an account set up under your email address. For assistance setting up your account, please click here.

 

4: Enter a Billing Address (Step 1)

 

Please enter the full billing address. Your billing address must match the address listed with your credit card company. Be sure to leave the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box unchecked if you are entering a different shipping address.

 

5: Enter a Shipping Address (Step 2)

 

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If shipping to a military post office, please select AA, AE or AP as the shipping state.

 

6: Order Review & Shipping Options (Step 3)

 

Review your order and change shipping options if necessary.

 

Expedited Shipping: Some items may be eligible for 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day shipping. A shipping method drop down will appear if expedited shipping is available. For more information on expedited shipping, please click here .

7: Billing Information (Step 4)

Gift Card or Promotional Code Help:

How do I Change My Credit Card Number ?

8: Submit Order

 

Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, click “Submit Order” to complete the placement of your order. DO NOT DOUBLE-CLICK OR THE SYSTEM WILL DUPLICATE YOUR ORDER. An order confirmation will appear on your screen that shows your invoice and gives you your invoice number.

 

We recommend printing out a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. A copy of your order will be emailed to you immediately after submitting your order.

 

Please Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately upon order submission. We do not accept Credit Cards that are issued by a foreign bank or with a foreign billing address.

 

9. Check Your Order Status

 

If you would like to review an order that you've submitted, click the My Account link in the top right corner of most pages on our site.

 

 

 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

 

We accept the following methods of payment:

 

    * Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

    * Salesstock.com Gift Card. Click here to learn more.

    * Check card (also called debit cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard       

      Logo.

 

We do not accept:

Credit Cards that are issued by a foreign bank or with a foreign billing address.

Money Orders, Checks, Cash on delivery (COD), or any other payment method not listed above.

Price Changes

           

We can offer you an in store credit of the difference in price towards your next purchase when prices are reduced within 5 days of the purchase date. Contact Customer Care within 5 days of the purchase date to request an in store credit.

 

    * Unlike many retailers, we don't have a "mark down plan" that begins by offering products at       

      higher prices and then reducing them over time

    * Salesstock.com offer our products at the lowest price that we can as soon as we put them in

      our online store

    * Should an occasion arise that we do mark down a price, we also realize the need to be

      sensitive to previous purchases

 

 

Track Your Order

 

Complete the following steps to track your order:

   1. Login to My Account .

   2. Click on the Order Number you wish to track.

   3. Write down the Tracking Number for the item for reference.

 

If your order shows your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.

 

    * Tracking information may not be updated for 24 hours.

    * Please allow 5 to10 business days for delivery on most items.

    * Oversized Items require special shipping arrangements, and will be delivered in 1-6 weeks.

      Tracking information may not be available.

    * Warranties are delivered by USPS in 4-6 weeks. Tracking information is not available

 

 

 

Packages shipped using USPS and UPS-MI display a delivery confirmation number only. Detailed tracking information is not available. Please click here for more information on USPS and UPS-MI deliveries. If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have not received it, please click here .

 

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

            Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If your order may be cancelled, a link will appear on the Order Info page under My Account.

To access the Order History page please follow the steps below:

   1. Go to My Account (located at the top right of the homepage).

   2. Log into your account by entering your Email address and Password.

   3. Click the " Order Numbers " that contains the items that you would like to find status on.

   5. If the order and item shows under your history info the item has already been shipped out.

Orders with Coupons: If you used a coupon on your order, you will be credited for the entire order minus the coupon amount. Please note that coupons are treated as discounts and will not be recreated or reissued.

Orders with In-store Credit: If you placed an order using in-store credit, the portion of the order paid with in-store credit will be refunded as in-store credit after all other payment methods have been credited.

Orders for Gift Cards: Orders that contains a gift card purchase may only be cancelled if the gift card has not been redeemed.

Can I Change My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. There is a short period of time in which an order may be cancelled. If your order can be cancelled, we encourage you to replace the order at your earliest convenience.

 

Standard Return Policy

           

 

You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

 

For items returned after 30 days, Salesstock.com will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item’s value.

Products Returned After 30 days

           

 

We grant refunds of up to 80% of the item’s value for most items returned after 30 days.* We will deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund as described in the Standard Returns Policy .

 

If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item in the Salesstock.com warehouse within 30 days from the date you initiated the return, or your account will be charged full price for the replacement item.

Product-Specific Return Policies

           

 

Computers and Electronics:

 

Computers and Electronics returns must be initiated within 20 days of the purchase date.* The items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. You must return items in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. We will issue a partial refund of up to 70 percent if returned items have been opened, used, or returned late.

 

We may reduce your refund by the amount of the original shipping charge plus actual return shipping fees unless the return is due to Salesstock’s error.

 

Large TV’s (25-inch screens and larger):

 

Both the Oversized-Item Return Policy and the Computers and Electronics Return Policy apply.

 

All large TVs include a manufacturer warranty. For questions regarding the warranty, please call the manufacturer or warranty-provider.

 

*For items delivered by freight carrier, the returns window may vary. Please see our Oversized-Item Return Policy .

 

ATC Vehicles: due to the weight of unit additional freight charges will apply on this product returned.

 

Mattresses:

Upon delivery, prior to signing the shipping receipt, inspect the mattress, foundation, or mattress set. Damaged or defective mattresses, foundations, or mattress sets qualify for a full refund only if you refuse the items at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

           

 

We do not give refunds for the following products:

    * Swimming Suits

    * Undergarments

    * Body Jewelry (i.e. all items within the "Body Jewelry" sub-category)

    * Gift Cards

    * Perfumes and Fragrances

    * Ink Cartridges

    * Toys for Tots purchases

    * Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, and cassette tape that has been opened/taken out   

     of its plastic wrap

    * Any specially-labeled designer apparel, handbags and accessories that have had the security tag

     removed

    * Case Packs/Bulk Items: No partial case pack returns will be accepted. Product must be returned in

     the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.

    * Other select items, as noted on the product description page

Oversized-Item Return Policy

           

 

Please contact Customer Care immediately to set up a return for an Oversized-Item.

 

If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. Return shipping fees can range from $75 to $695 per item depending on the size and weight of the product.

 

All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items not in their original, new, unopened condition may qualify for a partial refund of the product’s price. Upon our inspection of returned merchandise, Salesstock.com reserves the right to deduct the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees from your refund.*

 

*By purchasing an oversized product, you authorize Salesstock.com and/or its Carriers to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according to the fee schedule described here. We may deduct original and return shipping costs from your refund or otherwise charge them to your credit card after the product is returned.

 

 

 

Missing Parts

           

We hope that every product you receive arrives will all the parts necessary to fully assemble your product. Should you discover that a part is missing, please review your assembly instructions to locate the missing part number needed, and click here to contact Customer Care.

 

 

Refund Policy

           

Upon arrival at the Salesstock warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

 

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery* we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

 

If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 80 percent.

How to Return an Item

 

           

   1. Log into “ My Account ” (located at the top of the Home Page).

   2. Click the Returns Link located in the left navigation window.

   3. Click the "Return Items" button for the order that contains the item you want to return.

   4. Select the item you want to return.

   5. Select the Return Qty and # of Boxes you are returning.

   6. Follow and complete the online instructions.

 

We will send a return label via email. Please print the label and affix it to your package. See instructions printed on the return label for drop-off locations.

 

All items must be returned in new or unused condition. All accessories in the original shipment must be included. (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.). Media items must be returned unopened.

How to Return a Gift

           

 

If you receive a gift purchased from Salesstock.com, you may return the gift and a credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s account. Your item must be eligible for return and must be initiated and received back in our warehouse within the timeframe stated in our Standard Return Policy .

 

Gift recipients may only initiate a return if their name appears on the shipping address of the order. If your name is not listed on the order, then we recommend contacting the gift giver so they may initiate the return. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s account in the original form of payment.

 

We regret that we are unable to issue any kind of refund or credit to a gift recipient. In the event that an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will be happy to send you a replacement if the item is still available.

 

 

How to Print a Return Shipping Label

           

A return shipping label is generated when you log into your Salesstock.com account and set up a return. During the process to set up your return, you will be asked if you would like to print your return shipping label or have it emailed to you. Please note the following instructions for each option:

 

Print a Return Label

If you choose to print your return label, a pop-up screen will appear that shows your return label. This return label will need to be printed immediately. Please make sure your computer is disabled to block any pop-ups before you press the "Print Label" button.

 

Email a Return Label

If you choose to have your return label emailed to you, your return label will be emailed immediately. Please make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder as these emails may be filtered out. Your return label will need to be printed out and affixed to your package.

 

Need to Reprint or Resend Your Return Label? To reprint or resend your return label, go to My Account and click the “Returns” link. Under the Return History section, locate the item you wish to return and click the “Return Label” button.
